Our dedicated Lettings Department, located in South Street, Eastbourne is part of the Charles Cox Property Group, an independent property management company with offices in Newhaven, Eastbourne, Brighton and London. Charles Cox manage properties across East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey and south London. We are the Managing Agents for numerous Leasehold Developments and Unadopted Roads, and we can even help with questions about Assured Shorthold Tenancy’s (AST).

Our Lettings Department is ideally situated in Eastbourne the centre for many of our lettings portfolios. We also have properties, both residential and commercial in Seaford, Newhaven, Peacehaven, Brighton, Hove and south London.

In addition to managing buildings, we also provide Company Secretary and Registered Office facilities. Completion and filing of Annual Accounts and other statutory information with Companies House; the issuing of Share Certificates; registration of Directors; organisation of Annual General Meetings; Ground Rent and Service Charge/Rent collections are just a few examples of tasks we undertake for our clients. We also offer a complete review of your rental portfolio, advising and guiding you to obtain the best return on your investment.
